Notice to Deliver Offers

This endpoint provides Notice to Deliver Offers data received from NGESO. Notice to Deliver Offers (NTO) indicates the length of time required for a BM Unit to start delivering Offers from the time that the Bid-Offer Acceptance is issued, expressed in minutes.
