BSUOS Forecast

This file contains the Electricity System Operator's (ESO) half-hourly BSUoS forecast (Balancing Services Use of System charge). The estimated BSUoS charge is calculated by taking the forecast half-hourly balancing costs divided by the forecast BSUoS volume.
