Loss Load Probability

Loss of load probability (or LoLP) is a measure of the likelihood of insufficient generation to meet demand. LoLP is calculated each day at noon, and subsequently 8, 4, 2 and 1 hours before gate closure in accordance with the LoLP calculation statement.
